Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and GrowthNearby, operated by Hamza Nasir, [Business postal address], Pakistan. By creating an account or buying a product, you agree to them.

The service

GrowthNearby is software that helps local businesses ask customers for reviews, draft replies, create and schedule posts, keep a customer list and see results. Some features need you to connect your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page or Instagram account.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you add. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.

Reviews: rules you must follow

• Do not post or buy fake reviews, or write reviews for your customers.
• Do not offer discounts, gifts or other rewards for reviews.
• Do not ask only happy customers for reviews or block unhappy ones from reviewing ("review gating"). GrowthNearby sends everyone the same Google link.
• Follow the US Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials and Google's review policies.

Contacting your customers

You are the sender of review requests and reminders. You must have the right to contact each customer, including any consent required by law for texts and emails, and you must honour opt-outs.

Content

You own your content, your photos and your customer data. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service. AI-written posts and replies are drafts: you are responsible for reviewing what is published under your name. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use GrowthNearby for anything illegal, misleading or harmful.

Third-party platforms

Google, Meta and other platforms control their own services and can change or limit features at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, and we cannot guarantee search rankings, review numbers or other results, except under the review guarantee in our refund terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund terms.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by soliciting fake reviews. If we stop the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
