Refund terms

We want you to be happy with GrowthNearby. These terms explain our guarantees in plain words.

Year Pack: 30-day money back

• Ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@growthnearby.com or using the button in your account.
• Your posts are delivered week by week. The full-year download unlocks after 30 days.

Autopilot: 10 new Google reviews in 90 days

• If you get fewer than 10 new Google reviews in your first 90 days on Autopilot, we refund the Autopilot fees you paid for those 90 days.
• This applies when at least 60 review requests were sent through GrowthNearby in that period (the app counts them), and you claim within 14 days after day 90.

Good to know

• One refund per business, matched by its Google Business Profile and email.
• After a refund, posting and reminders stop. You can export your customer list for 14 days, after which the account is closed.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
