How to delete your data

You can delete your GrowthNearby account and data at any time.

Delete everything

1. Sign in and open Settings > Account > Delete account, or email hello@growthnearby.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my data".
2. We confirm by email and delete your account, customer list, posts, photos and connected-account data within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.
3. Order records are kept only as long as tax rules require.

Disconnect Google

Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose GrowthNearby and select Remove access. We stop using your Google data immediately and delete what we hold within 30 days.

Disconnect Facebook and Instagram

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, select GrowthNearby and choose Remove. Data we received from Facebook or Instagram is deleted within 30 days. You can also request deletion by email as above.

Your customers

If you are a customer of a business that uses GrowthNearby and want your details removed, contact that business, or email us and we will pass your request on and remove your details from our systems.
